Acceptance

By using Qualora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Permitted use

You may use Qualora to organize and review text-labeling projects you are legally entitled to process. You are responsible for your data, category definitions, reviewer guidance, exports, and compliance with privacy, intellectual-property, employment, and other applicable obligations.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, compromise wallets or devices, evade security controls, or process data without appropriate authority.

Outputs and receipts

Statistics and summaries are mechanical outputs of the records you enter. A SHA-256 receipt can detect changes to normalized evidence; it is not proof of truth, authorship, rights, reviewer independence, consensus, or fitness for a purpose.

Wallet and anchoring

Wallet use is optional. Connection exposes a public address and chain identifier to the page but does not itself request a signature or transaction. A configured receipt anchor is separate, shows a transaction preview, and requires explicit wallet confirmation. Network fees, contract behavior, and public-chain finality remain outside Qualora’s control.

No warranties

Qualora is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed. You must independently verify data and results before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, lost data, lost profits, wallet loss, or decisions made from labels and reviews.

Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or stop. These terms may be updated; continued use after an updated date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
